Private Baby Nanny (Female)
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Private Baby Nanny to provide dedicated care for an infant in a private household. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in infant care, ensuring the well-being, comfort, and development of the baby.
Responsibilities:
- Newborn Care: Provide expert care for a newborn, including feeding, diapering, bathing, and sleep routines.
- Health Monitoring: Monitor the baby’s health, recognizing and addressing any medical concerns promptly.
- Sleep Training: Implement effective sleep training techniques to establish healthy sleep patterns.
- Developmental Support: Foster the baby’s cognitive, social, and motor skill development through age-appropriate activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with parents to understand and align with their preferences and parenting styles.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of the baby’s activities, feedings, and developmental milestones.
- Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently, including CPR certification.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Private Nanny with verifiable references.
- Certification in newborn care or relevant qualifications.
- Knowledge of infant CPR and emergency response.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with parents.
- Respect for family privacy and confidentiality.
Working Conditions:
