Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly proficient and English-speaking Nanny Tutor to play a crucial role in fostering the speech development of a young child. This position is based in
Dubai, UAE, and involves providing childcare and educational support for approximately
5-7 hours a day.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in activities that promote speech and language development in the child.
- Create a stimulating and nurturing environment to enhance the child’s communication skills.
- Implement educational activities and games that encourage language acquisition.
- Foster a positive and caring atmosphere conducive to the child’s overall development.
- Collaborate with parents to understand and address specific speech development goals.
- Provide regular feedback to parents on the child’s progress and areas of improvement.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the child at all times.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in childcare and early childhood education.
- Knowledge of speech development milestones for young children.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to create a supportive and educational environment.
- First aid and CPR certification (preferred).
- Flexibility to adapt to the child’s evolving needs and schedule.
