Job Description:
As a Russian-Speaking Nanny, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our children, creating a safe and stimulating environment, and supporting their overall well-being. Your primary duty will be to ensure the children’s safety, engage them in age-appropriate activities, and promote their learning and development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for our children, aged [specify ages], including feeding, bathing, and dressing.
- Create a stimulating and educational environment through age-appropriate activities, games, and outings.
- Develop and maintain a daily schedule that includes structured activities, playtime, and rest periods.
- Monitor the children’s health, safety, and emotional well-being at all times.
- Assist with homework and educational activities, fostering a love for learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding the children’s daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
- Promote good manners, social skills, and positive behaviour in the children.
- Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children, such as tidying up play areas and children’s laundry.
- Accompany the family on outings and trips as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the family’s privacy at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a nanny or childcare provider, preferably with Russian-speaking families.
- Fluent in Russian and proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and occasional travel.
